Long before the roads on the West side of Bowen Island were paved, someone stood on this bluff and decided this was where the house belonged. Not because it was waterfront. It's much harder to find another piece of shoreline like this. The house has been waiting here for nearly 40 years, while logbooks get filled after another with moments most people only hope to witness once. Now, for the first time, it waits for someone else.
