Continuing through the dining room one enters what was once a large kitchen with a pantry at the rear. In addition, a second hall leads to the former servant's quarters, a family bath, and a staircase to an undeveloped immense attic. The property also features one of the best-preserved carriage houses in Queens County. The house has remarkably well-preserved woodwork, with most of its original architectural detail intact. Many of the home's original antique furnishings are included with the sale of the property.
