Rosen Goldberg Inc., in its capacity as proposal trustee (the Proposal Trustee) of Factory Tile Depot Inc., (the Company), is inviting written offers to purchase the assets of the Company, consisting of inventory, equipment (including a vehicle, a trailer, and forklifts), office furniture and equipment, leasehold improvements, and intangibles (the Assets). The successful bidder may be required to assume or enter into new lease agreements with landlords and assume customer deposits. Upon executing a Non-Disclosure Agreement, interested parties will be provided information on the business, the procedure for submitting bids, and a form of asset purchase agreement. Any offer need not be accepted by the Company and the Company retains the right to sell any or all assets prior to this date. Upon acceptance of an offer the Company will apply to Court for approval of the transaction and a vesting order. Broker has been retained by the company and the Proposal Trustee of Factory Tile Depot Inc. to solicit offers to purchase.
