Over the past decade, he has established a strong track record of surpassing sales projections and delivering value to clients, developers, and investors alike. Driven by his passion for real estate development, Walter founded Walter Galvão Inc., where he successfully completed a custom-built luxury home in Milton and a 9-unit bungalow townhome development in Georgetown. These projects reflect his commitment to quality, innovation, and community-focused design. In addition to his development ventures, Walter mentors agents  providing strategic guidance and supporting the growth of the commercial real estate sector. He also remains actively involved in the community through organizations such as CORE and Compassion Society, aligning his professional success with meaningful social impact.
