Vy Nguyen

Vy is a Realtor® and investor who has a love and extensive knowledge of real estate, with a high financial IQ. Born in Vietnam and raised in Winnipeg, MB, yes she speaks fluent Vietnamese and yes, she has a Canadian accent! By 27 years old, Vy had received both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Dental Hygiene diploma from the University of Manitoba. After that, she packed her bags and flew straight to BC. She hasn’t looked back since! Today, she lives in East Vancouver where she’s taken up urban farming and is looking forward to taking care of her chickens. Vy’s interest in real estate started in her early teens, when she became fascinated by her parents’ hobby — buying and selling properties. With their guidance, she worked on the family’s properties until she became a Realtor®. Both efficient and reliable, Vy looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
