I have spent over a decade in real estate, both locally and globally, but I didn't just chase sales. I focused on understanding, growth, and mastery. Along the way, I discovered my real passion: helping other agents thrive. From training and mentoring to creating systems that boost performance and professionalism, I have built a career around lifting others up in an industry that is equal parts opportunity and challenge.
As Team Lead of a large real estate team, I have mentored countless agents, developed in-house training programs, and turned complex compliance rules into practical, actionable strategies. I know what new agents need most: hands-on skills, clear guidance, and confidence to navigate a competitive market without losing their sanity.
With a Master’s in Education and decades of teaching experience, I combine academic rigour with real-world expertise. This allows me to design learning experiences that are interactive, practical, and structured for long-term success. My work with the Real Estate Council of Ontario as a Subject Matter Expert lets me contribute to training materials focused on compliance and professional standards, helping shape the learning journey for aspiring agents across the province.
On top of all that, I created The Negotiator’s Edge in Canada, a program for agents who want to take their negotiation skills to the next level. Because knowing the market is one thing, but knowing how to win the deal is a whole other art.
Now I have combined my two passions, real estate and education, into a business dedicated to preparing the next generation of agents. My goal is simple: equip learners with the tools, knowledge, and mindset they need to thrive while making sure no one ever falls asleep in a training session.
