David comes from a Chinese family born in Vietnam and spent the first 14 years of his life living in Ho Chi Minh City. One can imagine the shock on his face when he landed in Watson Lake which is located in the Yukon and this became his first Canadian home. Because of his background, David often jokes that he studied "ETL" and not "ESL" as English is actually his third language. His first two being Cantonese and Vietnamese. David moved to Edmonton for high school but never left the Yukon behind. He still enjoys heading to the mountains and skiing. He also uses the fact that he used to live in the Yukon as the platform for jokes like "I used to have a pet polar bear" or "I lived in an igloo you know?" It's no surprise then that David is quite well known for his corny jokes. It's never a dull moment working with David as you know he'll somehow make you laugh, no matter how corny the joke is. Aside from his jokes, David is also known as quite the dancer! He started this hobby during his university days and even took part in some professional dance competitions. After marrying his beautiful wife Cindy, and having two adorable children together, David left the professional dance scene to focus on his wonderful family and career. David spent 13 years in the luxury car industry where he built much of his expertise in client relations. He operates based on the fundamental ethics of honesty, integrity and trust. His positive attitude and firm belief in putting his clients' interest first has allowed him to close thousands of transactions throughout the years. He treats each client with utmost respect and makes an effort to build a relationship with each and everyone of them. To this day, he still keeps in touch with people he sold cars to 13 years ago! Having mastered the skill of negotiation as a salesman, you can rest assured that you are in good hands with David representing you.
