Brooke Wozniak

A Prince Albert resident since 2003, Brooke is a very active member of the community and proud to serve the city and area.  Formerly a dance teacher, Brooke sold her dance studio in 2020 to pursue real estate and has found her skillset to be extremely beneficial in this career!   Brooke started her team, Heart and Home Property Specialists, in early 2021 and found collaboration is key when it comes to this business - they take great pride in going the extra mile for their clients.  This micro team actually won the prestigious Samuel McLeod Micro Enterprise Award for 2023 and was also nominated for the Marketing Award, thanks to her love of marketing homes - particularly on social media. When not selling homes, you can find her at the rink with her son or hockey billet sons, at the dance studio with her two daughters, or in the car driving them around with her husband, Dallas.
