Sadam Panah is a dedicated community advocate, housing professional, and Realtor whose career has been shaped by a deep commitment to supporting refugees, newcomers, and families in building stable and successful lives. He has been deeply involved in housing, supporting newcomers, refugees, and individuals in need of stability as they built new lives. These experiences shaped his understanding of how important a safe home and strong community are in helping people thrive. Education has always been central to Sadam’s journey. Awarded a full scholarship, he completed a Master’s degree in Applied Politics at Wilfrid Laurier University. During his studies, he also worked with different students and non-for-organizations, providing leadership development and capacity-building support to help people succeed in their academic and personal lives. Sadam’s housing and community-focused work naturally led him into real estate, where he combines his academic expertise, project coordination experience, and client-focused service to help people make informed, confident housing decisions. As a Realtor, he works with both first-time homebuyers and investors—offering a data-driven, strategic approach for investors and a clear, empowering process for new buyers. A little-known fact about Sadam is that before becoming a Realtor, he was deeply involved in housing and education programs for refugees and newcomers—an experience that continues to guide his values as he helps clients not just find a property, but a true home. And a fun fact? He completed two undergraduate degrees simultaneously—at two different universities.
