I moved to Britsh Columbia in 1993 from Leamington, Ontario.  A small Farming Community that at the time had HEINZ as the Major Employer.  Located about 40 minutes from Windsor, Ontario and across the RIver from Detroit and about 4 hour Drive from Toronto, it was a Great Place to Grow Up along the Shores of Lake Erie. In 2006 I was having my 3rd Child at age 37ish and selling Cars for a FORD Dealership in Surrey, BC., I was doing well, BUT the Industry  was changing and I needed something NEW.  JAY HOLLAND, REALTOR came to be.  Now, approaching 20 years later, the Journey Continues ...  A few Milestones in 20 years ...  - Manufactured and Modular Home EXPERT.  In 2018 I achieved Medallion Status and was One of the TOP 10% of Producing Realtors in the Fraser Valley.  My niche Market was  resale of Manufactured Homes in Parks in the Fraser Valley - Fast Foreword to 2020 and I have SOLD my 1st Manufactured Home Park about 20 Homes and 55 Acres in the Town of Lytton.   YES LYTTON.  The town that Burnt tot he Ground a Year Later.  The Manufactured Home Park made it through the Fire and subsequent landslide season with Minor Issues.  BUT we wow the things we Learned working in the Mountains. - 2025 - Man Alive ... We MADE IT!  I am NOW working at EXP Realty with the FORTUNE Real Estate TEAM (Leader Deepak Kumar) in Downtown Langley.  I am still a FULL Service Realtor, and SO MUCH MORE!  We have some small developments around the Fraser Valley. and a Full 34 Lots Sub-Division just North of Vernon, in a small Farming Community called Enderby.
