Myles Delange
With a lifelong passion for the outdoors and a solid foundation in business, I bring a blend of energy, authenticity, and practical insight to the real estate world. An avid snowboarder, mountain biker, and fisherman, I spend as much time outside as I can and bring that same focus and enthusiasm to helping clients navigate their real estate journey. I was born and raised in the Comox Valley and have spent much of my life here. After more than a decade living on the mainland, I felt drawn back to the lifestyle and community that make this area so special. Returning home reinforced how much I value the balance of ocean, mountains, and small community living that the Valley offers, and it’s where I plan to spend the rest of my life. Before transitioning into real estate, I built a well-rounded and diverse career path. While earning my business degree, I worked in the forestry industry and as a sport fishing guide. Those experiences helped shape my work ethic and deepened my appreciation for the natural beauty of this region. Over the last 15 years, I’ve developed a strong background in sales, marketing, procurement, and asset management. This experience has given me a strong understanding of market trends, skilled negotiation, and the ability to identify opportunities that create long term value. I’m committed to providing personalized, friendly service backed by professionalism, transparency, and a strong knowledge of both the local market and lifestyle. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, my goal is to make the process smooth, informed, and tailored to your goals. Thank you for visiting my site. I invite you to explore the resources available and reach out if you have any questions or need assistance. I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
