Doug has extensive experience in marketing, branding and digital marketing primarily in the software and technology industry. Doug recently moved from Toronto to the the Kawartha Lakes and now resides on Balsam Lake. He is no stranger to the Kawarthas. His family had a cottage since he was 7 years old in the north eastern part of the Kawarthas. And, more recently near Fenelon Falls, which introduced him to the Trent Severn Waterway. Doug also had a cruiser and explored several parts of the Trent System by water. This has helped him understand many lakes, rivers and canals in the Kawarthas area. Waterfront living is his life. Doug is passionate about sharing his own life experiences of buying a first home in Toronto, moving to Seattle, up-sizing in Toronto, down-sizing in Toronto and also re-locating to cottage country. His professional background, coupled with his life experiences and knowledge of the Kawartha Lakes uniquely positions him to help people find their perfect property - in the city or in cottage country.
