Auley Serfas

A true mountain girl at heart, Auley grew up in the Kootenays surrounded by the Rocky Mountains and it is here that she began her career in Real Estate as an appraiser with BC Assessment. Auley brings with her 25 years of experience in market analysis providing assessments across British Columbia where her portfolio includes the appraisal of residential, multifamily, strata, vacant land and redevelopment sites located in the Greater Vancouver Area, the Kootenays and the Sea to Sky. Auley has managed a property rental company and has the personal experience of buying, selling and renovating her own properties. Since moving to Whistler, she has been inspecting and costing properties across British Columbia for Insurance purposes further shaping her discerning eye for value, design and detail. As a REALTOR she has an unmatched knowledge in advising and educating home buyers and sellers.
