I have been a top producing realtor for over 33 years in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, involved in ownership, sales, investing, and most importantly, client care. Over the past 20 years I developed and led one of the most successful real estate teams in Canada with averaging more than 300 transactions per year. Under the my leadership, The Eximus Real Estate Team has achieved many outstanding awards in the FVREB, RE/MAX Canada, and RE/MAX International including: Top 6 RE/MAX Teams in Canada, Top 50 Worldwide. Multiple years earning the FVREB Team President's award, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, RE/MAX Circle of Legends and most recently named one of the top 200 agents and 100 Teams in Canada. I am passionate, knowledge driven, and committed to providing exceptional professionalism to our clients and desire to advance professionalism within the industry. Born and raised on a southern Alberta farm, I realized early on, that a strong work ethic was the secret ingredient that produced great results. 33 years ago, Abbotsford became my home where I work, play, and enjoy the west coast's lifestyle with my wife of 31 years, 3 children and 2 son-in-laws. I enjoys all things that involve speed, thrills, and a bit of risk. My latest passion is Kite Surfing.
