Crystal Dawne Crudele

Crystal Dawne Crudele was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and had aspirations of being an interior designer as a child.  She developed an interest in real estate, shadowing friends in the business to know if she wanted a similar career. They suggested she didn’t need a real estate license to do what she desired to do – beautifying space. As a result, she refrained from getting her license at that time. Her keen ability to oversee unattractive spaces and transform them got her involved in up-grading worn down properties. One of her properties became a destination getaway in which she achieved  “Superhost” status on the Airbnb app.  Years later, Crystal saw potential with one property in particular when others around her didn’t. She purchased the nearly 100-year-old white brick house. In a cost effective way, with her sweat equity and some hired help, she began up-grading the space through some home improvements – including building her first 22 ft x 13 ft ground level deck.
