So, this is the spot where I am supposed to tell you a bit about me. These things always start and end as a head-scratcher.
My name is Alisha Caillie-Fleet, and I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes, land, and investment properties across Halifax and surrounding areas in Nova Scotia since 2014. I’m born and raised here, which means when I say I know the market, I don’t mean from charts and stats. I mean from real life, lived experience, and years of being in the trenches with my clients.
I’m also raising two boys here with my husband, who has served in the Canadian military for over 20 years. Our home is busy, a little loud, and usually full of chaos, especially with five dogs running around. So yes, I’ve earned the title of “crazy dog lady."
Because of our life, military relocation isn’t just something I “offer.” It’s something I understand deeply. As a Brookfield/IRP registered agent, I specialize in helping Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP members relocate to and from Halifax and Nova Scotia, navigating postings, HHTs, and tight timelines without things falling apart at the worst possible moment. Bonus is I understand the ins and outs of the BGRS/SIRVA program and the relocation directives.
