Hello! My name is Natalie Gilday and I am passionate about helping people. From a young age I have been a global volunteer participating in humanitarian efforts overseas and at home within Canada's vulnerable communities. As a business owner (Honey & Tea) I have employed homeless and at-risk youth to create societal change. Trained in leadership and business I worked with one of Canada's greatest employers, WestJet, until I was laid off during the Pandemic. I recently completed my Real Estate Training through the University of British Columbia and I am fortunate to start this new career on a successful luxury team with Alfie Yang in West Vancouver. As a landlord myself, I am excited about the possibilities within Real Estate for first-time home buyers to create additional income and for experienced investors to diversify their portfolios. Navigating a Real Estate transaction is not a common occurrence for most people and I am committed to keeping my clients informed and included in every aspect of the process so that there are no unpleasant surprises or outcomes.
