I’m Andy. I’ve lived in the lower mainland for the last 20+ years. Growing up, I’ve always been told that I’d be a perfect fit in Sales, Recruitment, and Real Estate. Despite having specialized for several years as a Recruiter, the allure and magnetism of Real Estate never dissipated. In fact, it only grew stronger over time. When covid struck, I suddenly found myself without the excuse of “I’m too busy, maybe later” to hold me back. The fear of stepping into something completely unknown felt paralyzing initially. Upon self reflecting. I realized I’ve never been one to back down from a challenge. This was just another adventure awaiting! I find in life that sometimes we just have to take a leap of faith, whether it’s on a new career choice, to strike up a conversation, or even choosing a new Realtor such as myself. I decided to fully commit to pivoting over to what I’ve been dreaming about for ages. After months of studying from dawn till dusk (and a copious amount of caffeine and snacks), I can proudly say that I am finally licensed and ready to serve!
