Timothy Scott

Timothy G. Scott – Biography Timothy was born in Penticton and has lived here in paradise for more then 5 decades. With the experiences and community recognition combined with his wise choice to provide real estate trading services with eXp Realty the future is sunny & bright. Over this half century residency in Penticton Timothy has managed several high-profile businesses. Timothy has been involved in the community, serving two terms as Director of the Penticton and Wine Country Chamber of Commerce, two terms as director, one as Vice President of the Downtown Penticton Association and three terms and chaired the civic Downtown Revitalization Committee. Prior in 1993 Timothy enrolled and completed the Southern Interior Construction Association Project Based Training program. Timothy spent several years working in the construction trades with experience with residential, commercial, industrial and institutional. Real Estate and property development have long been an interest and passion of Timothy. Timothy is proud to support the BC Children’s Hospital in providing a donation with every transaction. Charity and community work are in his heritage, his late grandmother Edith Scott was a founder of the BC Children’s Hospital, His Mother Phyllis Kennedy, championed affordable housing and in her last year of life dedicated the Kiwanis Van Horne housing development. Timothy strives to live up to this legacy, with his involvement in the community.
