Except for a short start in Northern Ireland, I have spent my entire life in British Columbia, first Carpenter and then into Real Estate Sales and property development. At a young age I apprenticed with my father and older brother as Carpenter/Building Contractor. When my Father retired I worked on many large projects. Vernon was home and I met an exciting Kelowna girl on leave from the Air Force. Anne and I fell in Love and married in Kelowna and as we loved snow skiing and the outdoors, built our custom Alpine styled home in the country between Vernon and Silver Star Ski Resort. I loved the building construction but in order to stay closer to home I obtained my Real Estate sales license with REBC and later my Managing Brokers. With my personal approach, enjoyment of working closely with clients and extensive Building and Development knowledge, I became a recognized top Real Estate Professional in the Okanagan in Residential, Luxury Homes, Land & Housing Developments and Commercial. The 1980’s and into the 1990’s Real Estate Markets experienced some extreme ups and downs and some unique training on how to be successful in the most difficult Real Estate market. Experience is the worlds best teacher! As my R.E License is flexible we moved around other fun parts of BC. including the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and the Columbia Valley and now back with family and friends in the Okanagan. I love working with people and have the experience and skills to guide you in making the right decision for you and your family as a New Buyer, Seller, Seller/Buyer, Investor, or if you just want a update on whether this is the right time for to make your move.
