I started my real estate salesperson career after years of real estate investing commencing in house flipping which led to BRRR strategy investing, development, buy and hold strategies, short term in-city and cottage rentals, and several top to bottom duplex and triplex conversions. I was a home renovator turned sales rep. This graced me with a hands on, usable bundle of knowledge from understanding building components and general house structure and builder know how to quickly spotting property deficiencies in order to deliver the best hands on and expansive experience for my mentees/sponsored agents, my team and of course my clients.  I am passionate about giving top tier service for my clients and their families, keeping the largest investment of their lives (for most) a safe one while helping them build equity in a sometimes confusing and challenging Canadian housing market.  I have experienced the balanced market before the pandemic, the intense pace and urgency for clients and agents alike that the pandemic brought and successfully navigated 100s of transactions to date for my clients and their families.
