Ingrid Berger immigrated to Canada from Germany in 2004, settling first in Armstrong, BC, where she and her husband quickly built their careers in real estate. Over the years, Ingrid gained deep experience across a wide range of residential property types — from mobile and manufactured homes to lease-land communities, strata properties, freehold homes, hobby farms, and recreational retreats.Her career took her from Armstrong to the South Cariboo, selling in the 100 Mile House region, a market known for rural living and abundant recreational properties. In 2013 she returned to Vernon, continuing her work as a dedicated Realtor, and in 2020 she joined eXp Realty to embrace a modern, cloud-based brokerage.Today, Ingrid serves clients throughout the North Okanagan with a calm, patient, and people-focused approach.
