John Toublaris knew from early on in his life, that real estate and helping his clients buy and sell their home was much more than a career choice. In fact, it was and continues to be his life long passion. It may sound strange but John played a huge role in finding his parents their second "perfect" home.
At the age of five, when John was asked by the agent assisting his parents on purchasing their home, what his home preference was, John replied "I like this house! It's so big! It has a big yard for me to play in." It was at that point that John's determination and commitment to real estate was ignited. This same enthusiasm, along with leadership continued to weave itself into all aspects of John's life.
Growing up in Greektown (East York), John cultivated his passion for his own culture, by learning to speak, read, write, dance and sing in Greek. John’s love of sports, especially soccer further allowed him to excel as a natural leader.
His love of soccer began at the age of five and continued throughout his life. From being coached for endless hours by his uncle, a soccer player for the National Team of Greece, to an offer at the age of seventeen, to join a Greek soccer team, John was always one to push his potential and reach new heights. This is also illustrated by the fact that in his teens, John would ride his bicycle through the East York community and attend open houses.
Afterwards, in an obvious career decision, John obtained his diploma in marketing management and his real estate license and began helping people to buy and sell their homes.
This drive is further seen in John’s involvement with Floorball, a Scandinavian sport which is now played worldwide. John is one of the original Toronto floorball players. Not only was John a member of the first team in 2003, but was the general manager and captain of the first Toronto Floorball League (TFL) champion team in 2004.
In 2008-2009 John coached his team and finished first overall in regular season play and in 2009, John coached his team into the finals to win the 2009 Toronto Cup championship, successfully won the 2009 and 2011 Canada Cup Championship.

As a lifelong learner, John is involved in a curriculum where an individual can visualize endless possibilities for themselves, by living a life powerfully and living a life one loves!
As a volunteer John assists others to achieve their goals and dreams in life, by helping his clients to see the possibilities in their lives and creating anything they want to accomplish. “You can create anything and everything in the world and can simultaneously inspire others.
