Having been born and raised in Vancouver Michael is intimately familiar with the landscape. He has lived and worked all over the Lower Mainland and has always come back to his East Vancouver roots. After graduating from BCIT’s Financial Management program he got involved in the mortgage industry and later went on to become a licensed mortgage broker. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2011 Michael has helped a variety of clients from first-time home buyers to downsizers to seasoned investors. His experience in different property types has ranged from condos and townhouses to duplexes and houses in both the resale and presale (new construction) markets. Additionally his many years of working in consumer finance, mortgage lending, and mortgage brokering has provided him with an in-depth understanding into how banking institutions assess real estate transactions and what can adversely impact a client’s ability to get financing and ultimately their dream home. Michael’s strong analytical skills and client-focus combined with his innovative strategies in buying and selling homes enables him to provide clients with a distinct edge in the competitive Vancouver marketplace.
