Patrick Ashby

Patrick began his real estate career in 1984. Earned his Broker's license in 1986 and earned the CCIM designation for ICI real estate in 1988. In 1990, Patrick was the top producing Re/max Commercial agent in Ottawa. In 1993 he took a leave of absence from "selling" real estate and concentrated on investing. In 1999 Patrick along with 2 former Re/max agents began the development of a new concept which would allow agents to create a "retirement" income by helping the brokerage "attract" agents to the company. The business plan uncovered a company with a similar plan called Keller Williams that had not yet expanded to Canada. Patrick and his 2 partners met with Gary Keller and the idea of creating a new company was dropped and the main partner in the group brought KW to Ontario. In 2015 Patrick re-connected with some of the top (ex) KW people in the US who were developing a revolutionary new model called EXP Realty. Patrick, along with his son's Matt and Michael are selling real estate and expanding EXP Realty across Canada/US and eventually the International markets.
