Michelle Kennelly

After graduating with honours from Durham College with a Business Marketing Diploma Michelle began her career in real estate at the age of 25 in Napanee, Ontario. Within 4 years, Michelle had become fully licensed and has earned The Presidents Award for outstanding sales performance in 2017, 2018, & 2019. The EXP ICON award for 2021, 2022, & 2023. Michelle has been involved in the real estate field since she was young as she is following in the footsteps of her father, and grandfather in Toronto. Helping with listing appointments, pictures, staging and paper work from a young age gave Michelle the drive and work ethic she has today. It's no surprise Michelle's motto is a quote by Douglas Adams, "To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity". Michelle is best known by her clients as a skilled negotiator who always puts their needs before all else. She prides herself on educating her clients about the real estate market, helping her clients realize the best possible price for their sale or purchase of a home in the least amount of time. Her drive and commitment to her clients keeps her productive and successful and keeps her clients very happy. As a full service real estate professional, Michelle works with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price ranges and property types. She services a large area from Kingston to Belleville, including Napanee, Loyalist Township, Stone Mills Township, Frontenac Township, and beyond. Michelle's greatest passion and joy comes from her family. She has resided here since 2001 and enjoys serving her community including her involvement in the Lennox and Addington Economic Development Coalition.
